We ship worldwide! However, please note that we currently cannot deliver to some remote areas and certain parts of Asia. During checkout, our system will automatically verify if we can ship to your location.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Before initiating a return or exchange, please ensure:

  • Your request falls within our 15-day return window from the delivery date
  • The item is in its original condition – unused, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging
  • You have your original order confirmation or receipt

2Initiate Your Return or Exchange

Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange authorization.

  • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Your full name and phone number
  • Order number and date
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Preferred resolution (refund or specific exchange product)

3Package and Ship Your Return

Once your return is authorized:

  • Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation or the return authorization email
  • Ship to our returns address (provided in your authorization email)
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your tracking number

Important Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Beauty & Makeup Purses (due to hygiene considerations)
  • Bibs (unless packaging remains completely sealed)
  • Changing pads and covers (for health protection reasons)
  • Any items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Products without original packaging or tags

Refund Information

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days to reflect in your PayPal account

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Defective or Damaged Items

Exchange Requests

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead. Additional shipping charges may apply for size/color exchanges.
